The Burnley Tunnel will be closed from 11pm on Saturday 28 July to 7am on Sunday 29 July to carry out routine maintenance.
There will also be three lanes closed outbound/eastbound on CityLink/Monash from the Burnley Tunnel to Glenferrie Road from 1am to 7am on Sunday 29 July, with speeds reduced to 60 km/h due to essential maintenance works.
VicRoads said delays are expected and advise motorists to plan ahead and allow extra travel time.
Eastbound traffic will be detoured via Power Street exit on West Gate Freeway, City Road, Alexandra Avenue, Olympic Boulevard and Batman Avenue to enter CityLink.
