Card pinched, used on booze

A CREDIT card stolen from a car in Nar Nar Goon was used to fraudulently pick up a man’s booze bill.
Police have released an image of the beanie-clad man as he put through a 10-pack of cans at a Moe bottle shop.
The credit card was stolen from a black Audi sedan parked on Home Road in Nar Nar Goon between 10am on 30 Saturday April and 9.40am on Sunday 1 May.
Police said the window of the car was smashed in, and the owner’s wallet, containing the credit card, was pinched.
Almost a month on from the theft, investigators have tracked down the credit card.
It was used hours after it was stolen at a Moe bottleshop on Sunday 1 May.
CCTV images from the retailer show a man aged in his forties wearing a blue beanie, blue T-shirt and black jumper using the card to purchase alcohol.
Police wish to speak to this man.
