THE sun shone down on local politicians during their visit to the Gum Scrub Creek Primary School.
Cardinia Shire mayor Jodie Owen and Eastern Victoria MP Daniel Mulino particularly struggled to keep their eyes open as they squinted into the sun’s rays during their visit on Friday 6 May.
Since construction at the primary school is yet to commence, the politicians foresaw it would be difficult to identify their location.
So they held up an indisputable, self-explanatory sign to clear things up.
