Village Green luncheon

JOE Eckersley, Friedel Rose and April Burley have been wished a happy birthday from the Pakenham Senior Citizen’s Centre.
To all members who are not well, the club wishes you a speedy recovery and hope to see you again soon.
The club will meet for lunch at the Village Green on Wednesday 4 March as well as enjoy a cinema day watching Best Exotic Marigold at Waverly Gardens on Wednesday 18 March.
On Monday, members meet for lunch at 11.15am which will be followed by a game of bingo.
Members can choose between craft between 10am to 2pm or billiards at 10am on Tuesday while carpet bowls will be offered at 1pm on Wednesday and Saturday.
At 10am on Thursday, tai chi will be offered to all members and the Spanish Speaking Group will meet on Friday at 10am.
Little tatts winners were Ted Algra, Glynis Pecek, Phyllis Goldsack, Bette Billing, Dot Dupuy, Brian Beckwith, Ken Early, Denis Nicholson and Maria Juhasz.
The door prize went to David Jack and Roma Bartly while Adriana Crestani took home the raffle prize.
Attendance at the last meeting was 138.
