Some twins …

MOVE over Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny De Vito. The Rotary Club of Pakenham and District had its own set of ‘Twins’ last Tuesday night.
Former Cardinia Shire mayor George Blenkhorn, left, and fellow Pakenham Rotarian Sam Biondo, right, got behind a great cause at the club’s annual presidential changeover at Shavans Indian restaurant at Lakeside.
Their colourful choice of attire was in actual fact the Kwenuha Women’s Association Rotary shirt – tailored by members of the Kwenuha Women’s Association for former commercial sex workers at the Youth Community Training Centre in Livingstone, Zambia.
Proceeds from the sale of the shirts goes towards training more former commercial sex workers in tailoring and other skills, and providing them with sewing machines and other tools to empower them to sustain their families. The fabric is designed in Zambia, with the shorts printed in Zimbabwe. 123064 Picture: RUSSELL BENNETT
