Paramedics have rushed a 24-year-old Neerim man to the Alfred Hospital after he was found lying in the middle of Main Street with stab wounds in Pakenham on Thursday 9 May.
Police have begun investigating the stabbing in Pakenham, alleging the man was found lying in the middle of the road on Main Street with suspected stab wounds at about 11.30pm on Thursday night.
The 24-year-old Neerim man sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Police are investigating the exact circumstances surrounding the incident and investigations remain ongoing.
