A man has been transported to hospital with life threatening injuries after he was hit by a car in Pakenham.
A 45-year-old Pakenham man was crossing the road at the intersection of Templeton Crescent and Duncan Drive at about 6.55pm last night, Thursday 1 August, when it’s believed he was struck.
Police are questioning the driver of the vehicle, a 26-year-old Pakenham man.
Detectives from the Major Collision Investigation Unit were on scene throughout the night and their investigation continues.
