Earlier this week police appealed for information about an erratically driven red ute in Pakenham on the 31 March.
Police have since charged and bailed a 23-year-old Pakenham man in relation to the incident.
The man was charged with reckless conduct endangering life/person, dangerous driving while pursued by police, unregistered motor vehicle, exceed speed limit, careless driving (improper use), probationary driver drive probationary prohibited vehicle, fail to have full and proper control and fail to keep left of median strip and has been bailed to attend the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court in June.
