P-plate driver loses license

 A Cranbourne man on his P-plates was busted drink driving in Pakenham.
Pakenham police caught the 21-year-old driving erratically and drink driving in Pakenham on 14 December.
It followed resident reports of a silver Holden Commodore sedan allegedly speeding and driving erratically on the Princes Freeway in Garfield about 8.15pm.
Police intercepted the vehicle on the Princes Freeway in Pakenham and the male driver returned a positive preliminary breath test.
The P-plate driver was taken back to a police station where he returned a positive breath test of .270 per cent.
He had his licence suspended for 12 months and is expected to be charged on summons with drink driving and other traffic related offences.
His passenger, a 24-year-old man, was arrested for having outstanding warrants and being drunk.
