Clem Thompson of Berwick, a Friend of Wilson Botanic Park, has for some time taken an interest in photography also leaning towards capturing the various species of bird life.
On Friday 17 November, the Friends of Wilson Botanic Park hosted an evening at the Visitor Centre, Wilson Botanic Park, and invited Clem to exhibit some of his photographs and drawings.
Clem patiently spends many hours capturing just the image he wants and as the exhibition proved this is worthwhile.
Clem called his exhibition Birds of Wilson Botanic Park and Beyond.
Friends, family and Probus friends of Clem attended as well as many of the Friends of Wilson Botanic Park.
Thelma, Clem’s wife, provided delicious nibbles and Let’s Unwine presented a wine tasting for the gathering.
It was a very enjoyable evening.
