Luxury cars up in flames

TWO stolen luxury cars were set alight within minutes of each other in the Nar Nar Goon area over the weekend.
Police believe the same person is to blame for the incidents and urge anyone with information to come forward.
A silver Audi hatch was found completely burnt out on Seven Mile Road in Nar Nar Goon at 10.50pm on Saturday 14 May.
Police confirmed the car was earlier stolen from a SpringHill Shopping Centre in Cranbourne.
It had been put out before firefighters arrived though no-one was found at the scene.
Moments later, another car was found alight on the Princes Freeway, about three kilometres east of Nar Nar Goon Road.
The 350 series Mercedes was found on fire on the inbound lane of the freeway and had to be put out by firefighters.
Police believe the car had been stolen from the Dandenong area, but did not know when it went missing.
No-one was located at the scene.
Anyone with information about the fires are urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
