Pinky’s a treat

Pinky with her pink tongue poking out.

SHE’S got a face nobody can resist.
Or at least no one more than Pinky’s second owner, Cheryl Brown, from Beaconsfield.
Pinky the adorable pooch was adopted by Cheryl, an aged care worker, after her first owner went into a nursing home.
Yet the 12-year-old charmer is well-known around the nursing home.
When she is not being passed around for cuddles with residents, she is strutting her stuff in fancy dress, jumping into residents’ beds or into their trollies for a sleep.
Pinky is a true-handbag pooch.
Unlike some who put their pint-sized dogs in their handbags, Pinky likes to jump on in them on her own accord.
She will even hop into a shopping bag left hanging around.
When Pinky is relaxed, her tongue seems to slip out of her mouth and rest sideways on her lips.
Funnily enough, there are no teeth behind those lips.
Her owner revealed the fact when highlighting Pinky’s favourite food was warmed chicken mince.
