AFL dream up for grabs

The Tigers and Hawks armies are sure to be out in force at Holm Park on Saturday 27 February.

THE Pakenham-Berwick Gazette and the AFL have combined to give one local child the chance to live their AFL dream.
The lucky winner of a competition in this week’s edition of the Gazette will have earned the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to present the match ball to the umpires before the kick-off of the AFL NAB Challenge match between reigning premiers Hawthorn and Richmond at Holm Park Reserve in Beaconsfield on Saturday 27 February.
The winner – who must be aged between 7 and 12 – will wear a specifically designed Guernsey, featuring the venue name and gets to keep it as a souvenir. They will also receive two general admission tickets to attend the game with a parent or guardian.
To enter, simply fill out the entry form that appears in the sport section of this week’s Gazette and get it to the Gazette office by 11am on 24 February.
