A PAKENHAM community stalwart might be getting a good Christmas present this year. Former Pakenham Secondary College student Ivan Brown has made the BRW Young Rich List, following an incredible period of success from a relatively new business venture. The son of Pakenham Rotary president Vivienne Armstrong, The Financial Review reported last month that in April 2012, Brown and his business partner spent their last $500 registering their vocational training business Community Training Initiatives. Two-and-a-half years later, they are sitting on a $177 million fortune.
