These young hip-hoppers won’t be stopping

SO YOU think you can dance? But can you hip-hop?
Young people throughout the Cardinia Shire can keep fit with hip-hop classes in Pakenham.
The council is running a hip-hop program throughout the school term for young people aged 11–15.
Cardinia Shire Youth Services, Youth Recreation Officer Leonie Olsen, said previous participants really enjoyed the program.
“This program is a great opportunity for young people to get out there and try something different,” she said.
“They can make new friends while having fun learning to shake, pop, glide and crip walk.”
The program is on every Wednesday during the term from 3.30pm to 4.30pm at Pakenham Secondary College, 1020 Princes Highway, Pakenham, in the Performing Arts Room.
The cost is $2 a session.
