Pakenham Rotary Dance

Enjoy old-time dancing? The Rotary Club of Pakenham dance is held on the 1st Saturday of each month. The dance features either the Silhouettes or Len McGill’s Trutones. Dancing starts at the Pakenham Public Hall, in John Street, at 7.45pm and goes through to the 11.30pm close. Entry cost is $20.

Bumble Bee Baby and Children’s Markets – Berwick

With up to 65 stallholders, you are sure to snap up some bargains on new, handmade and preloved baby and children’s goods for all ages! And, of course, we have a coffee van on hand for all your caffeine needs! At only $2 entry for adults (children < 12 yo free ) and plenty of free parking, it is the perfect Sunday morning outing!

Through My Eyes exhibition

Exhibition by Chris Russo. She will be doing a live art demonstration every day in the arts space until her exhibition closes. Chris is an Australian born artist whose flourishing practice began around 1982. Her art today continues to predominantly encompass watercolour and oil painting that marvels the beauty of the natural world, flora in particular.

At Emerald Hills Hub from Monday 16 January to Friday 27 January between 10am and 1pm.

Kids’ Art Workshops

Our Kids’ Art Workshops are designed to give children up to the age of five the opportunity to be creative in a supportive and facilitated environment. The early childhood phase is a critical time for growth and skill development. These workshops will help to build motor skills, encourage creative play, and strengthen the bond between child and caregiver.

Kids’ Art Workshops run from 10am to 12pm every Tuesday from 17 January to 28 March in the Waterfront Room at the Cardinia Cultural Centre.

Cockatoo Ash Wednesday 40th anniversary

Come join us on Sunday 12 February in commemoration of 40 years since the Ash Wednesday Bushfire. The event is being held by the CFA as a statewide memorial on the day. Our volunteer run centre will be open for anyone who wishes to view our display free of charge. Any donations you care to make will be gratefully accepted.
