Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Cardinia man Mark Kelly.
Several warrants have been issued for the 32-year-old’s arrest in regards to traffic offences and failing to appear in court.
Mark Kelly is described as 170cm tall with a fair complexion, thin build and short brown hair.
Police have released an image of him in the hope someone may recognise him and be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
