Police will prepare a report for the Coroner after recovering the body of a woman at San Remo Friday morning 31 December.
The woman was located by the Search and Rescue Squad in waters off Half Moon Bay about 7.30am
The body is believed to be that of a 43-year-old Officer woman who went missing while fishing with family the previous morning.
The death is not being treated as suspicious.
