Police are searching for a man who has a warrant out for his arrest.
A warrant has been issued for Christian Duscas in relation to criminal damage.
The 19-year-old is known to frequent the Pakenham, Berwick and Narre Warren areas.
An image of Mr Duscas shows him with a moustache and short beard, brown eyes and short brown hair.
