Emergency services were called to a grass and scrub in Nar Nar Goon about 2.50pm on Friday.
Six CFA vehicles responded to the fire incident on Nar Nar Goon-Longwarry Road, including tankers from Nar Nar Goon, Pakenham, Tynong, Bunyip and Maryknoll.
The incident was declared ‘under control’ on the VicEmergency website at 3.13pm.
The nature of the fire is yet to be confirmed.
