A man was busted speeding while on drugs and under the influence of alcohol in Pakenham on Sunday.
The 27-year-old Warragul driver was detected travelling at 128km/h in a 100km/h zone eastbound on the Princes Highway by Cardinia Highway Patrol.
His vehicle was intercepted and the man was breath tested which resulted in a positive reading of 0.098.
He also tested positive to drugs when an oral fluid test was conducted.
The offender will attended the Magistrates Court for speed, drug and drink driving related offences.
