A vehicle flipped on Kooweerup-Longwarry Road in Bayles at 4.15pm.
A 40-year-old man and 35-year-old woman were travelling when the vehicle they were in veered off the road.
Emergency services were on scene treating the occupants of the vehicle. The female passenger was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The cause of the crash is still being investigated.
