A group of children have been left shaken after they were accosted by two robbers in a Pakenham park.
A 12-year-old victim was walking in a park off Bluestone Street in Pakenham with two friends when they were approached by two males.
The males then tried to take the victim’s mobile phone, resulting in a small scuffle between the two groups.
The child was able to keep hold of his mobile phone before the would-be robbers ran from the scene.
The children then ran to a nearby house to seek help.
Police are yet to disclose a description of the offenders.
