Since 14 September there have been four burglaries from the Lakeside Boulevard premises, all of which occurred overnight while the centre was closed.
Police allege the offender has been rummaging through cupboards and drawers inside the building and stealing cash.
Anyone with information regarding the break-ins is asked to contact Detective Mick Van Der Heyden at Cardinia CIU on 5945 2554 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
