A cracking Big Elvis-Beatles fund-raising show has raised $10,000 for charity.
The John McFoundation held its annual charity show on Saturday September 9, showcasing some of The Beatles and Elvis Presley’s greatest tunes.
Held at St Michael’s Stadium in Berwick, the sold-out fund-raiser was met with rave reviews, with attendees calling it “a fantastic night out” with “great food”.
This year’s show raised $10,000 which will be donated to three local food vans.
The Bless Collective Food Truck in Pakenham, Narre Warren’s Transit Soup Kitchen and the St Vincent Food Van in Beaconsfield will all share in the funds raised.
Organiser and charity founder John McGreal said there was a “great response to the cause”.
“It was a fantastic fun night out,” Mr McGreal said.
