Woman arrested of mass newspaper dumping

A Narre Warren woman is expected to be charged on summons over the alleged dumping of large amounts of newspapers in the south-east.
The bundles were allegedly dumped in suburbs including Beaconsfield Upper, Narre Warren North, Pakenham Upper and Cockatoo between 16 and 24 June.
The 54-year-old was arrested, interviewed and released by Emerald police on 26 June.
She is expected to be charged on summons with obtaining financial advantage by deception and three counts of aggravated littering.
