Cardinia residents looking for the perfect gift this Mother’s Day are encouraged to give their loved one the hope for a world without breast cancer.
The Breast Cancer Institute of Australia reports that each day 48 Australian women are diagnosed with breast cancer and another eight Australians with the disease will die.
“A donation to breast cancer research this Mother’s Day could help researchers find the next breakthrough in breast cancer treatment and prevention – which would be the best gift for all women,“ a BCIA spokesperson said.
Those who donate to the Mother’s Day appeal will receive a beautiful card to give to their loved one which acknowledges their gift.
All funds raised goes to cancer research.
