Emergency Services were called to a multi-car smash on Clyde Road in Berwick just before 1pm on Friday 17 February.
Ambulance and CFA attended the crash, with one person subsequently taken to Dandenong Hospital in a stable condition.
The circumstances of the crash are unclear at this stage.
