Arena Lotto in luck’s way

A Christmas Eve lotto windfall in Officer has not yet been collected.

A resident or visitor to Officer received an early Christmas present by winning division one in TattsLotto’s Christmas Eve draw, but may not know about it.
TattsLotto has now been waiting more than three weeks for the mystery winner, who bought a ticket at Arena Lucky Lotto to claim their first division share of $757,320.06.
Spokesperson Claire Taylor said the division one winning ticket had not been registered to a Tatts Card so officials had no clues or contact details for the missing winner.
She said six division one prizes won nationally in that draw, but the Officer division one prize was yet to be claimed.
“We all know Christmas can be a busy time as we wrap up the working year and settle down to enjoy festive cheer with family and friends,” she said.
“But somewhere out there is our mystery winner who has forgotten to check their TattsLotto ticket for the Christmas Eve draw.
“Imagine waking up on Christmas Day with this six-figure stocking stuffer, but not knowing it! By now, this person could be really enjoying a happy new year!
“We’re putting the call out to help track down the missing winner.
“The winning ticket may have been stashed away as part of a pre-Christmas clean-up or tucked away in a suitcase or travel bag that’s yet to be unpacked.
“If you purchased an unregistered entry in TattsLotto’s Christmas Eve draw in Officer, there are three-quarters of a million reasons why you should check your ticket now!”
Arena Lucky Lotto owner Gurmit Singh said staff were excited to have sold a winning entry and hoped the winner would come back soon to check their ticket.
“We’ve been celebrating with our customers and sharing the exciting news. It’s great news for our lucky customer!” he said.
The winning numbers for TattsLotto draw 3697 on Saturday 24 December were 39, 24, 5, 9, 34 and 4.
