Traffic banked at crash site

ONE person has been transferred to hospital with suspected chest injuries after a multi-vehicle crash in Pakenham.
The crash occurred just after 10.30am on Friday 2 December on McGregor Road near Main Street.
Paramedics said one person was being treated for suspected chest injuries. The injuries did not appear to be serious.
Traffic is banked. Avoid the area.
The area has been flagged as a crash hotspot, and will undergo upgrade before June 2017.
Crash data at the Princes Highway-McGregor Road intersection shows there have been 15 recorded casualty crashes where people required medical attention in the five-year period ending in June 2015.
