ST Patrick’s Primary School’s fete will feature a surprise at the end of the fireworks display to help celebrate its 150th anniversary.
The bi-annual school fete will begin at 3pm on Saturday 12 November with twilight fireworks at 9pm.
Each class has been working throughout the term on a fete stall and the Grade 6s will help run a cafe serving Devonshire teas to visitors.
There will be live music, rides such as The Cyclone, face painting, trash and treasure, temporary tattoos and badge making.
Food stalls include a sausage sizzle, burgers, fairy floss, popcorn, snow cones, hot donuts and a cake stall.
Committee volunteer parent Karen Goodman said there would be a series of performances from singers and dancers as well as an Irish dancing group.
Two DJs would play hits until the end of the night when a school anniversary surprise will be revealed.
